- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all labels intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is mandatory.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or beyond the return period are not eligible.
2. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or partially consumed food products.
- Products with tampered seals or damaged packaging (except if received in damaged condition).
- Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions.
3. Refund Process
